Product strategy, roadmap ownership, and feature delivery for a free data platform and digital public good used by governments, UNICEF, USAID, Water.org, CRS, and hundreds of NGOs to manage WASH data at national scale.
- Directed design and rollout of 300+ major features across mobile data collection, dashboards, GIS mapping, asset management, water system planning, AI capabilities, and workflows
- Launched Solstice, the sector-agnostic sibling platform extending mWater's technology to health, education, agriculture, and other SDG domains, and drove its early adoption (Medair, World Vision ESCA, others)
- Authored and executing a multi-phase AI roadmap: shipped AI-powered translations (2024-2025), workflows engine, calculated data sources, and an AI-powered data integrator (2026, funded by UNICEF Madagascar)
- Coordinates and manages all mWater communications: portal news feed (hundreds of thousands of unique visitors/year), company blog, LinkedIn (grown from 500 to 5,000+ followers), and YouTube channel (200K+ views)
- Hired staff and managed distributed teams across the US, Canada, Haiti, Uganda, Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Nepal. Selected and mentored interns from the University of Chicago
- Drove internationalization to 25+ portal languages including Bangla, Burmese, Khmer, Tetun, and Tajik
- Runs partner training for CAWST, Medair, Netherlands Red Cross, UNICEF, USAID IUWASH, Water for People, DigDeep, Clear Cambodia, and others
