I trained and supported WaterAid teams in using mWater for asset management, customer management, revenue management and accounting. The work helped significantly increase uptake of mWater’s utility features.

Netherlands Red Cross
I delivered advanced mWater training and supporting materials for the Netherlands Red Cross. This engagement helped set wider adoption in motion, with mWater subsequently used in WASH programmes across multiple parts of the Red Cross.
Water For People
I delivered six training sessions in Spanish for Water For People’s Latin American monitoring teams. The training covered advanced mWater functionality for programme and service monitoring, including supporting local governments to manage monitoring themselves. It helped substantially expand mWater use in the region.
