2015–2018. Scoped, configured, and deployed a global management information system to 20 country programmes. Oversaw mobile collection, analysis, mapping, administration, adoption, and training.
2013–2015. Analysed program implementation and post-implementation sustainability, administered databases, ran training workshops, and automated data imports with VBA and Python.
2011–2013. Built mapping tools with D3.js, PHP, SQL, and Python for the British Red Cross after working in trade reconciliations, treasury automation, and risk management at GSA Capital.
Product adoption was treated as part of the product: clear documentation, useful video, an active professional community, and live learning that helps practitioners become self-sufficient.
